MEBUSA shears are solidly built and highly robust, which gives them a reliability and precision that few others can match. The high capacity and low maintenance of the hydraulic unit makes these shears ideal for use on cutting lines which are in continuous operation.
They are designed for vertical cutting, with only minimal effects on the plate. Blade angle and separation are easily adjustable to suit the operator.
Motorised back-stops. CNC can be provided at the customer’s request for automatic front infeed management.
To make cutting easier for the user, these shears can be fitted with different ancillary devices such as square edges, plate holders, plate holder/removers and the aforementioned numerically controlled automatic infeed.
Various models are available, from 2 to 6 m in length, capable of cutting steel plate from 4 mm to 8 mm thick.
